*MYOTHERAPY: refers to a therapist qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy or an Adv. Diploma of Myotherapy.
*INITIAL APPOINTMENTS: are for patients who have never been to Nxt Level IH, patients who haven’t seen their Myotherapists in over 6 months and for those patients that have a new injury/ailment that need addressing. Your Myotherapist will take a thorough history and create a treatment plan with you on how to move forward.
*FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS: are for those patients who have already created a treatment plan with their Myotherapist. These treatments are specific to your injury or maintenance.
*UP TO: refers to what is needed during your appointment vs over treating the area solely to fill in time. *Cupping and dry needling are extra tools that can be used during treatment. Each therapist is different and may have different reasoning for using or not using these extra tools during your treatment. Giving your therapist as much information as possible about the reason for your visit will allow your therapist to help create the best treatment plan for you.

NDIS:
- We welcome NDIS clients with self-managed or plan-managed funding at Nxt Level IH. For the smoothest process, we recommend chatting with your plan manager first if that is how you are organised and if you are self-managed then feel free to reach out to us from there.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
- Gift vouchers are available for purchase at our studio. While we don’t offer online purchases just yet, we’re happy to organise one for you over the phone. We can process payment through our system and email you a digital copy. The voucher will be filed under the recipient’s name to make it easy to find when they’re ready to use it.
- Visions Personal Training Clients with Gift Vouchers, if online booking please use the “Vision Gift Voucher” options in “Services”.
PRIVATE HEALTH:
- Private Health Funds are accepted via HICAPS.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Please understand that Nxt Level IH appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 12 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations without 12 hours’ notice, will incur a fee of 50% and less than 5 hours 100%.
- Please note that multiple cancellations without adequate notice will result in a deposit before future appointments.
