GENERAL FAQ:
Where do I park?
- When you arrive at Nxt level you will see our building (look for the pink paint). Nxt Level parking is the three closest parallel parks to our building.
- Nxt Level has placed RED witches hats in the parks that are ours. They have signage on them.
- You are welcome to park in the middle bays opposite THE GOOD GUYS pick up area. Street parking is also available on Upton Street (2hour limit). Its a 2minute (or less) walk to our building from street parking. If you are really struggling with parking there is a complex across the road with ample parking and a 3hr limit.
- PLEASE AVOID PARKING IN ANY OTHER BUSINESS’S PARKS e.g. Godfreys, Matt Ward Vocal Studio, Bootleg Lounge, Carpet Court and Tennis Only. They require these parks for their own customers.
What to wear?
- Come dressed in comfortable clothing with underwear to be worn at all times. Towels will be used to cover your body on top of your underwear.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Please understand that Nxt Level IH appointment times are limited. Whilst cancellations do occur:
- All patients are expected to provide at least 20 hours’ notice before cancelling their appointment.
- Patients who do not provide 20 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
- Same day cancellations (less than 8 hours’ notice) will result in a fee of 100%.
- Patients who frequently cancel their appointments may be asked to provide a deposit before future appointment or denied the opportunity to schedule future appointments.
- Emergency or extenuating circumstances will be taken into account on a case-by-case basis.
- The patient should be notified by the clinic about the policy during the initial booking process. Alternatively, they may also receive this information through waivers and confirmation messages.
Do you accept walk ins?
- No. Nxt Level IH is run by appointment only. During busier periods of the year we may be booked out 4-6 weeks in advance. Please book your appointments to secure your preferred time or ask to be put on a waitlist.
How can I make a booking if online booking is temporarily unavailable?

PRIVATE HEALTH/HEALTH FUNDS:
Do you accept Private Health Funds?
- Yes. We accept Private Health Funds via our HICAPs Machine. Each health fund rebate amount may differ depending on your fund.
- If the HICAPS machine isn’t working for any reason we can send you through a manual receipt to claim online or via your app.
- You will need your physical health fund card or you digital app located on your mobile phone to proceed with making a claim on the spot.
Can I use another member of my family’s health fund?
- Unfortunately not. This may risk your therapist being audited and losing their membership with their association, disallowing them to provide health fund rebates altogether.
What is the difference between Myotherapists & Remedial Massage Therapist’s (RMT’s) at Nxt Level IH?
- The Myotherapist you consult with focuses primarily on addressing injuries and aiding in sports recovery, starting with an assessment before any treatment is given. Rather than working symmetrically to “balance you out,” the therapist will concentrate on your specific injury or ailment.
- Your Myo will evaluate your body and create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. If necessary, the Myotherapist may also recommend other specialists to ensure you receive the best possible outcome.
- Your Myotherapists wont provide you with a relaxation massage or full body massage.
- Our team of Remedial Massage therapists possess diverse interests and specialties. Some may prefer Deep Tissue Massage while others may prefer relaxation massages. To determine which therapist is the best match for your needs, please contact Nxt Level.
CARE PLANS:
Do we accept Care Plans, DVA plans or Workers Compensation?
- Only for some modalities/therapists. Please see below.
- Inteholistic (Victor Lee) accepts; Enhanced Primary Care (EPC Plans) and DVA plans. Gap Fees Apply.
- Our Myotherapists, Remedial Massage Therapists and Lymphatic Drainage specialist are are not able to accept any of the above as our professions as the type of therapy is not registered with Medicare.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
GENERAL GIFT VOUCHERS:
Can I use my gift voucher after it has expired?
- No. Gift vouchers are valid for three years. After your voucher has expired it will no longer be valid.
Can I purchase a gift voucher online?
- Unfortunately, not yet. Our system doesn’t allow for payments online. However, you can call or email us and we will process the voucher and email you an online copy. If you’re buying the voucher as a gift, it will go under YOUR client/customer name to keep a record unless who your buying for knows about the voucher.
VISION PERSONAL TRAINING (VPT) GIFT VOUCHERS:
I have a voucher from Visions Personal Training, how do I use this voucher?
- Visions Personal Training Clients with Gift Vouchers, if online booking, please use the “Visions Gift Voucher” options in “Services”.
- If you are a Visions Personal Training client and calling the clinic please mention that you have a Gift Voucher to use so that we are able to book you in with one of our Visions Team Therapists.
- You must be a current Vision Personal Training member to use this voucher.
- If you are no longer a VPT member, the recipient may still use your voucher within its expiry date.
Can I give my Vision Personal Training Gift Voucher to someone else?
- Unfortunately not. Gift vouchers are given to Vision Personal Training clients and cannot be transferred to another name or redeemed by another person.
- You must be a current Vision Personal Training member to use this voucher.
- If you are no longer a VPT member, the recipient may still use your voucher within its expiry date.
How long does my VPT GV last for?
- 3months
- Please book your appointment before the expiry date for it to still be valid.
- You must be a current Vision Personal Training member to use this voucher.
- If you are no longer a VPT member, the recipient may still use your voucher within its expiry date.
CHARITY/COMMUNITY GIFT VOUCHERS:
How long does my Gift Voucher last for?
- 3 months
- Please book your appointment before the expiry date for it to still be valid.
